This allows for a faster, more efficient caster sweep. Hunter Engineering. Shopping-cart casters use a special wheel-tread material that provides a smooth ride and quiet operation. The casters feature a sealed, double-ball-bearing swivel assembly with a load capacity of 225 lb/caster. The 0.5-in.-diameter threaded installation stem is industry-standard size and is keyed for easy installation on carts. The caster wheel is installed with a nut and bolt axle for easy wheel replacement. Endura solid elastomer caster wheels can carry loads up to 1,200 lb/wheel. They are meant to endure shocks and impacts, abrasion, rough surfaces, chemicals, wet and humid environments, and temperatures from -40 to 230[degrees]F. When equipped hydraulicpumpsimulation with ball bearings, hydraulicpumpsimulation the wheels are hydraulicpumpsimulation applicable for towlines in manufacturing plants, freight terminals, and warehouses. The wheels are injection molded using a monoform construction technique. The wheel tread and core are one solid unit.

Cow comfortCow comfort was the goal when Terry Timmons (pictured below) built a new free stall barn on his dairy farm near Loudonville, Ohio. Timmons and his father milk 200 head of registered Holsteins. Larger stalls with more "lunge space" in the front help their cows get up and down easier now, says Timmons. Their old barn, built in the 1970s, had small stalls that were closed in the front. The new stalls were made locally by Stein-Way Equipment in Apple Creek, Ohio. The hydraulicpumpsimulation bedding is sand. The barn was built in August 2001 for $500 a stall, including electricity and water. Timmons says the investment has already paid off in better cow health.
