The CPU system features borg and warner a signal line from the pump load sense hydraulic controller through the power core of the valve stack to tank that is drained until a function is activated (a spool is moved). When a lift, pump telescoping, tilt or auxiliary spool is moved, the signal line is blocked, the pressure builds and the pump goes to its compensated setting. This signal parts channel is supplied with oil borg and warner though a 0.035 in. orifice hydraulic which connects the power core pump and parts to the open center borg passage.Individual spools meter the required flow and pressure to the function. As with a typical load sensing system, the pump will seek an intermediate warner pressure position. But if lift or telescoping hydraulic functions are activated, pump the signal line is blocked and the pump goes to its compensated parts setting.
